Shipping Policy

Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 7-8 business days in metros, and 8-9 business days for the rest of India. The maximum time for delivery is 8-9 business days in all over India and minimum time for delivery is 4-5 days. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund of your Money to your store credit (Printpalette account Wallet) or in your bank account which will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.

You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email, SMS, and WhatsApp notification will be sent with a link. You can also track it from your account on the website by Selecting ‘Orders’ from the top right corner and then clicking on ‘Track Order’ for the respective Order ID.

All orders are accepted in prepaid and COD payment options. There will be an extra charge for Cash on Delivery depending on the order’s quantity and amount. We take no responsibility for any transaction mode at the time of delivery.

In case of wrong address is mentioned, a new shipment will be booked at an additional cost.

Return Policy

Cancellations and Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with a product in case of that you have purchased on the Printpalette website, you have the option to raise a return/replacement request within 15 days of delivery of the product.

If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our Warehouse centre, please write to us on WhatsApp at +919157543439 and email us at printpalette@outlook.in with your order details. We will cancel the order without any extra fees and you should receive the refund in your store credit (Printpalette account) Wallet only within 7 days of acceptance of the order cancellation.

Once the order is taken in the process and dispatched it cannot be cancelled. 

When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a damaged or wrong product then he or she can raise the return request. Please submit photo/video evidence of any fault or damaged product via WhatsApp or email.
Customers can return their order within 10 days after an order has been delivered.

But We are not responsible for returning the product if the design and colour of the product are not carefully selected as given on the site. so, select the product carefully.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

You can either request a replacement unit or return the product and get your money back. To raise return/replacement requests, kindly WhatsApp +919157543439 along with a genuine reason for the return/replacement request. Please note that we may ask for photos or videos of the product to approve your request. So, kindly take photos/record videos while unboxing the order.

Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any), bill, and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use. If these steps are taken, the original purchase amount will be credited to your store wallet.

Please note that for both returns and replacements, there will be a cancellation fee of ₹75 for actual two-way shipping charges will be applicable for return & fee of ₹120 will be applicable for replacement.

  • In case your pin code is non-serviceable for the reverse pick-up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us.
  • In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact, within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).

  • If it has been 24-48 hours since the order was picked up by our courier partner and if the refund is not reflected, please email us at emailprintpalette@outlook.in and we will sort it out for you.

Exchange or replacement:

Exchanges can only be done for the same products in different sizes. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website.

If you wish to exchange products from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be sent back to us. Partial returns are not accepted. 

In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it is obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Printpalette Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images to email: printpalette@outlook.in and WhatsApp number: 9157543439 and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account or as a store credit (Printpalette account Wallet) at your convenience.

PLEASE KINDLY MAKE SURE TO TAKE THE UNBOXING VIDEO WHENEVER THE ORDER GETS DELIVERED (It helps in case of any discrepancy like an Item Lost or Duplicate Product Received or Wrong Product Received or Issue Related to the Product). Refunds in such cases are only possible if the Unboxing Video of the parcel delivered is available.
